Our cabins rental rates are very competitive for the area.  Depending on the time of year and length of stay, the rates are as follows:

Summer:  Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day weekend.  Summer weeks run Saturday to Saturday with a 3:00 pm check-in and a 10:00 am check-out.

Fall:  1st Day after Labor day thru Day before Deer Hunting Season.

Winter:  December thru end of March.

Spring:  April 1st until day before Memorial Day Weekend.

Cabin Accommodations:  Cabin rate accommodates maximum capacity as indicated above.  There is an additional charge of $5 day per each additional guest.  Children are free

Housekeeping Cabins:   Modern housekeeping cabins (no TV) with completely furnished kitchens (no microwave), and bathrooms with showers.  Bed Linens provided, however personal and kitchen towels, soaps and other consumable supplies are not provided. 

Deposits:  Deposits REFUNDED after departure or CREDITED to Advanced Bookings.)

Weekly Rentals/Deer Hunting Season Rentals - A deposit of $100 per unit per week is required at time of reservation. 

Daily Rentals - A deposit of $35 per unit per night is required at time of reservation.

Sales Tax:  All published rates subject to state and county sales tax (currently 5.5%).

Advanced Booking:  A 5% discount will be applied to next years published rates for Repeat Cabin Guest who book their cabin a year in advance with a $100 rebooking fee.

Cancellation Policy:  All reservations cancelled at least Sixty (60) days in advance of scheduled arrival date will be provided their deposit refund less a $50.00 rebooking fee.

Snow Conditions:  If conditions are unsuitable for snowmobiling then 100% of deposit will be refunded.

Pets:  No Pets Allowed.

Visa and Mastercard:  Accepted.
